DEPOSITS REQUIRED: A non-refundable deposit of $25 to $50 depending on the service is

required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited towards your service on the

day of the appointment. If an appointment is canceled and not rescheduled within 48 hours, the

deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling within the allowed time frame will transfer your deposit to

a new appointment. If not a new deposit will be required for future bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We kindly ask that you alert the stylist of cancellation at least 48

hours prior to your appointment. Please note,

UNSATISFACTORY RESULTS: Life happens and miscommunication can occur. No one is

perfect, but I’ll do what it takes to make sure you are happy with your hair. If there is a problem

with your end results, please address it immediately. It can be fixed and any accommodations can

be accomplished. If rescheduling is necessary, that will not be a problem. For me, it is important

that you are happy with your results.

REFUNDS: There are no refunds, I will work together with you if you are unhappy with your hair.

Some hair goals may need more than one appointment. I take pride in my work, I am more than

happy to accomplish that to the best of my ability after the service if necessary.

KIDS: I love kids!! Just not at the salon, I have hot tools and sharp shears. For their safety, it’s

best to arrive alone, unless the child has an appointment. I would like for all clients to enjoy and

relax during their appointment. This is YOU time!
